Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a front desk professional to support hotel guest services at a hospitality property. You will warmly welcome guests, coordinate reservations, manage check-in/check-out, verify identifications, handle payments, and maintain secure handling of cash and folios.

The role requires strong customer service skills, fluency in English, and comfortable use of common office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service processes and hospitality operations.
