Sonder in Firenze is seeking Front Desk Hospitality Agents to greet guests, guide them through the tech-enabled Sonder experience, and ensure a warm, seamless stay. You will communicate in person and via digital channels, address guest needs, and maintain both guest-facing and back-of-house spaces to support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include resolving guest issues with excellent service, assisting with housekeeping audits, inventory checks, and occasional breakfast service where

Competenze

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Comfort switching between multiple desktop and mobile apps.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
