Job summary

Max Brown Missori in Milan seeks a Front Office Agent to welcome guests, coordinate desk activities and deliver upscale service. You will handle bookings, check-in/out, guest requests, and communications with staff to ensure a smooth, memorable stay in a 64-room boutique hotel.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, bank holidays, weekends, evenings, or nights. English proficiency is essential and you’ll be part of a dynamic, international team within a leading hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role.
• Hands on experience with office machines (PMS, TPV, dataphone and printers).
• Detailed knowledge of customer service and basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as the face of the company and coordinate front desk activities.
• Provide flawless, upscale guest service experiences and respond to guest needs.
• Handle bookings, luggage, storage, check-in/out and concierge tasks.
• Manage communications between guests and staff and follow up on concerns.
• Promote hotel amenities and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Analyze guest feedback to improve ratings and guest satisfaction.
