A leading fitness company is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena, Italy. This role involves attracting and selecting top talent, enhancing employer branding, and supporting hiring managers to build an exceptional company culture. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, and proficiency in English, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. A passion for fitness and a proactive approach are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 5 years’ experience with full-cycle recruitment process, preferably in multinationals.
• Fluency in English (minimum level B2 CEFR).
• Knowledge of selection techniques and assessment methodologies.

Mansioni

• Identify effective recruiting channels for various profiles.
• Liaise with HR and business leaders to address talent challenges.
• Support Hiring Managers on Talent Acquisition processes.
• Enhance Employer Branding and establish relationships with universities.
