Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A in Milan is seeking a Training Development Coordinator to join the Global Retail Capabilities & Content Development Team. You will identify training needs, develop annual programs, and create instructional materials to elevate performance across markets.

Responsibilities include collaborating with regional teams, rolling out global e-learning, monitoring KPI’s, and building global/local training frameworks for collections and induction tools.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in retail training on a worldwide scale.
• University degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting; training delivery is a plus.
• Knowledge of eLearning software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create tools and procedures for training deployment across markets.
• Manage rollout of global e-learning training programs and support local teams.
• Monitor effectiveness of trainings using KPI’s and metrics.
• Develop global and local Retail Training frameworks for collections, ceremonies, capsules, and induction tools.
• Identify learning needs through analyses and develop personalized reports.
• Deliver and conduct workshops, including Train the Trainer sessions.
• Manage department budget and allocate resources for training needs and priorities.
