Ermenegildo Zegna Group in Milan is seeking a Learning Experience & Content Operations Specialist to manage the LMS, support learner journeys, and ensure efficient administration within Accademia dei Maestri.

You will partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to optimize learning operations and deliver engaging digital learning programs across the Group. Strong organization and bilingual communication are essential.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in Learning & Development, Digital Learning, Instructional Design, LMS Operations, or Training Administration.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, reporting, content administration, and learning operations management.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day administration and evolution of the LMS and ensure a user-friendly learning environment.
• Configure and maintain courses, learning paths, certifications, audiences, enrollments, and learning catalogs.
• Support learner journeys through course assignments, campaigns, onboarding, and digital programs across the Group.
• Coordinate with HR, business, IT, and vendors to drive platform enhancements.
• Create and deliver learner communications, provide user support, and promote engagement in digital learning initiatives.
• Prepare monthly learning reports and maintain accurate records for reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Monitor LMS adoption metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
