Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A in Milan is seeking a Training Development Coordinator to join the Global Retail Capabilities & Content Development Team. You will identify training needs, develop annual programs, and create instructional materials to elevate performance across markets.
Responsibilities include collaborating with regional teams, rolling out global e-learning, monitoring KPI’s, and building global/local training frameworks for collections and induction tools.

As Training Development Coordinator , based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Global Retail Capabilities & Content Development Team , helping us to improve individual and organizational performance by the organization, identifying training needs, developing annual training programs, assessing the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, creating instructional materials, offering structured learning experiences, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs. You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More specifically you will:
The position provides for a base salary between € 40-45K
The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience.
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
