The successful candidate will manage end-to-end freight execution, support operational performance, and resolve exceptions. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, fluent Italian and English, and a relevant degree. This full-time position offers a salary range of €35,000 to €48,000 annually, including a 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits like vacation days, lunch compensation, and equity program.

The role

We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

• Fluent Italian and English
• Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
• 3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations
• Hands‑on experience working in Italy
• Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving
• Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment
