A global cleaning solutions provider is seeking a Global Junior Marketing Manager for maternity cover. The role involves leading product development projects, conducting market research, and managing budgets, requiring at least 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing. This position offers hybrid working from the Milano Office or Monselice, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

Competenze

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in market research or product development.
  • Fluent in English with additional languages being an advantage.

Position

You support our team as Global Junior Marketing Manager Consumer (Maternity Cover).

Responsibilities
  • Lead global cross-functional teams to develop new product initiatives and other category projects (cost saving & harmonization projects)
  • Conduct market research to qualify new products and give retail price recommendations (quantitative & qualitative research)
  • Develop packaging basics, execute digital kit design and align the communication brief with Brand & Communication team
  • Understand the dynamics of consumer, shoppers, retail trends and insights, category and competitors’ activities to build category expertise
  • Manage project budget and expenses
  • Be the point of contact for your category and present projects to the executive international team
Qualifications
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience preferably in FMCG marketing (Market Research, product development)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages would also be beneficial)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work with and as part of an international / multi-cultural team
Location & Contract

The role could be based either in the Milano Office or Monselice (PD) with a hybrid smart working policy.

We are offering a Maternity Cover Contract (more info once you apply).
