The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in human rights, strong knowledge of global frameworks, and excellent communication skills. This full-time role is part of ABB Robotics, recently acquired by SoftBank Group, and offers a chance to influence the future of robotics.

Competenze

• 10 years of experience in human rights, responsible business, or sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of global human rights frameworks and European regulations.
• Experience running human rights due diligence and risk assessments.

Mansioni

• Lead development and updates of the Human Rights strategy.
• Collaborate on labor rights, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with global human rights frameworks.
