This role requires an expert in health, safety, and environmental matters, tasked with ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a safety-focused culture. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and over 8 years of HSE experience. The position is based in Italy, with a strong focus on communication and influence across departments.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in HSE roles required.
• Competent in ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 and international HSE legislation.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.

• Act as a bridge between HSE and R&D, Engineering, and Quality.
• Drive a strong HSE culture and performance.
