Salesforce Italy is seeking a Global Account Manager to own a multinational Insurance group account, driving a major digital transformation and collaborating with Salesforce and the customer's senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable business value.

You will engage C‑suite executives, lead a global, matrixed team, forecast revenue, and consistently hit quota while expanding strategic cross‑border relationships.

Competenze

• 8+ years of quota‑carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C‑level executives at large enterprise or global accounts.
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Track record of managing global or multinational account relationships, including cross‑border coordination.
• Direct experience building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior executives.

Mansioni

• Own the account strategy and major digital transformation roll‑out for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning the plan to the customer's board‑level priorities
• Engage C-level decision makers through value‑based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to identify and position new business opportunities
• Coordinate a global, matrix‑organized virtual team — Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Partners, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) — to deliver the contracted technical and business solution
• Accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve quota targets
