Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a seasoned Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework across regions. You will partner with DBS leaders to align priorities, build a robust competency framework, and ensure practical, scalable programs for commercial teams.

The role emphasizes strategic and hands-on leadership, with remote work eligibility in Italy.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong command of MS Office, and MS Excel; familiarity with LLM-based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Mansioni

Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy with a consistent, scalable learning framework across regions.
Build and govern a global sales competency framework identifying required capabilities and development plans.
Partner with Regional Leaders and DBS teams to align training priorities and content relevance.
