Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a remote role in Italy for a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager. You will design and deploy a global commercial training strategy, build a global sales competency framework, and ensure alignment with regional leaders while enabling local execution.

The role requires 7+ years in sales/training, strong facilitation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and LLM tools.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
Proven ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong command of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Mansioni

Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy with a scalable learning framework across regions.
Build and govern a global sales competency framework and development plans for all commercial roles.
Collaborate with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance.
Establish governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, and learning platforms.
Measure impact, track training effectiveness, and provide insights to leadership.
