Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Leader to design and govern a global capability framework across regions while aligning with DBS leaders. The role emphasizes scalable learning, sales competencies, and governance, with remote work in Italy.

The position reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations and requires 7+ years in Sales or Training, bachelor/master’s in business domains, and strong facilitation and Excel skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework, onboarding programs, and blended learning solutions across all regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines required capabilities, assesses proficiency, identifies gaps, and drives development plans for all commercial roles.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams to align training priorities, ensure content relevance, and drive accountability for capability development.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, compliance oversight, learning platforms, and Train-the-Trainer networks.
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness, monitoring competency progress, analyzing performance gaps, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
