Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, invites you to join as Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager. You will design, deploy, and govern a global commercial capability framework across regions, partnering with Regional Leaders to strengthen sales competencies and enable local execution.

This remote role in Italy requires a 7+ year track record in Sales or Training, a business degree, and expertise in MS Office and LLM-based tools.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong command of MS Office, and in particular MS Excel and large language model (LLM) based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Mansioni

Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework across all regions.
Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines required capabilities and development plans.
Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and drive accountability.
Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and platforms.
Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness and performance gaps.
