Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design a scalable global learning framework and align capabilities across Regions. You will partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to ensure content relevance and strong accountability.

The role reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations and is fully remote in Italy. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Sales or Training, excellent facilitation and MS Office skills,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Experience building and managing global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy with a scalable learning framework across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and development plans.
• Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align priorities and drive accountability.
• Establish governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and LMS systems.
• Measure impact and provide actionable insights to leadership.
