Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global commercial capability framework. You will partner with Regions and BUs to build scalable learning ecosystems, strengthen sales competencies, and enable local execution.

The role is fully remote in Italy, reporting to the Director Global Commercial Operations. 7+ years in related roles and proficiency with MS Office/LLM tools are valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Experience building global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills; strong MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Develop global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Partner with regional leaders to align training priorities.
• Establish training governance, content management, and reporting.
