Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a remote role in Italy to lead the global Commercial Training & Competency Program. You will design, deploy, and govern a scalable learning framework across regions, partnering with DBS leaders to align priorities and drive capability development.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Sales/Commercial roles, strong MS Office skills, and experience with global programs. Travel 20% is possible; remote work in Italy is supported.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong command of MS Office, and in particular MS Excel and large language model (LLM) based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework, onboarding programs, and blended learning solutions across all regions
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines required capabilities, assesses proficiency, identifies gaps, and drives development plans for all commercial roles
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams to align training priorities, ensure content relevance, and drive accountability for capability development
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, compliance oversight, learning platforms, and Train-the-Trainer networks
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness, monitoring competency progress, analyzing performance gaps, and providing actionable insights to leadership
