Leica Microsystems is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework for commercial teams. The role partners with Regional Leaders and DBS to align priorities and build a scalable training ecosystem.

The position requires 7+ years in Sales/Training, strong MS Office skills including Excel, and experience in global program management. It is fully remote within Italy with travel as needed.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and LLM-based tools.

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build a global sales competency framework for all commercial roles.
• Partner with Regional Leaders and DBS teams to align training priorities and content relevance.
