Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global training framework. You will lead regional alignment, develop a scalable learning ecosystem, and drive capability development across regions.

The role is fully remote in Italy, reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations, and requires 7+ years in related roles, plus strong MS Excel and familiarity with LLM tools. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree required or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based answer engines.
