Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework across Regions. You will partner with DBS leaders to strengthen sales capabilities and ensure alignment with regional needs, while enabling local execution remotely from Italy.

This strategic role blends hands-on program management with global leadership, requiring 7+ years in Sales or Training, strong MS Office skills, and experience

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Experience building and managing global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.

• Develop and lead a global commercial training strategy and scalable learning framework.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities.
• Partner with regional leaders to align training priorities and drive accountability.
