Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a seasoned Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a scalable global learning framework. You will partner with regional teams to strengthen sales capabilities, drive accountability, and align priorities across regions, enabling commercial teams to perform at their highest potential.

Competenze
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
- 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
- Ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Mansioni
- Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
- Build and govern a global sales competency framework and develop plans for all commercial roles.
- Partner with regional leaders to align training priorities and ensure content relevance.
