Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global learning framework for commercial excellence. You will partner with regional leaders to build scalable strategies and drive capability development across regions.

The role demands 7+ years in Sales/Training, with strong facilitation and MS Excel skills, and may require up to 20% travel. The position is remote in Italy and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework, onboarding programs, and blended learning solutions across all regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines required capabilities, assesses proficiency, identifies gaps, and drives development plans for all commercial roles.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams to align training priorities, ensure content relevance, and drive accountability for capability development.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, compliance oversight, learning platforms, and Train‑the‑Trainer networks.
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness, monitoring competency progress, analyzing performance gaps, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
