Leica Microsystems in Italy invites applications for the Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy and govern a global commercial capability framework. You will partner with regional leaders and business units to build scalable learning ecosystems and drive commercial excellence.

The role is fully remote within Italy, reporting to the Director Global Commercial Operations. It requires 7+ years in Sales or Training with strong MS Office and AI tool experience.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience building and managing global programs and projects.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework for all commercial roles.
• Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and content relevance.
• Establish governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and reporting.
• Measure impact of training and provide actionable insights to leadership.
