Job summary
3D2B Three Dimensions To Business is seeking a Business Development Representative to perform outbound B2B calling within the assigned territory and/or market. You will identify customer needs and develop sales opportunities for Fortune 500 clients, building strategic relationships with executive decision makers.

Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience in telesales, customer service, help desk, and/or inside sales (B2B a plus).
- Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills; comfortable with outbound calling.
- Able to summarize conversations accurately and unambiguously.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities in assigned companies through campaign-driven outbound calling against set KPIs.
- Identify and nurture potential sales leads to become fully qualified opportunities for handover to client sales/partners.
- Develop relationships with client sales teams and maintain knowledge of clients’ business and objectives.
- Understand competitor landscape and client USPs; acquire intelligence via phone and research sources.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data; keep CRM updated and manage a pipeline.
