Job summary

3D2B Three Dimensions To Business, a global B2B service provider, is seeking a Business Development Representative in Rome to drive outbound campaigns and build relationships with executive decision makers at Fortune 500 clients.

You will identify customer needs, generate qualified opportunities, and collaborate with client sales teams in a dynamic, American-led environment. Fluency in French and strong English communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in telesales or inside sales (B2B a plus).
• Mother tongue level French and strong English communication.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in technology/business applications industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities in assigned territories through outbound calls.
• Identify and nurture leads to become fully qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships with client sales teams and understand client objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline of prospects.
• Provide insights on campaigns, data quality, leads, and qualitative factors.
