3D2B Three Dimensions To Business in Italy is seeking a Business Development Representative to perform outbound B2B calling within assigned territory, generating qualified opportunities for Fortune 500 clients and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers.

You will develop knowledge of clients' businesses, products, and objectives, work with the client sales team, and ensure accurate CRM data while meeting KPIs.

Competenze

• German language at C2 level required.
• Minimum 1 year in tele-sales or inside sales (B2B a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in customer service and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Generate qualified sales opportunities in assigned companies through campaign-driven outbound calling against set KPIs.
• Identify and nurture potential sales leads to become fully qualified opportunities ready for handover to client sales / channel partners.
• Develop strong working relationships with client sales team.
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of client's business, products and objectives.
• Develop understanding of competitor landscape and client's USPs.
• Acquire key intelligence of potential prospect company via telephone and research sources.
• Maintain an updated CRM database and a pipeline of prospects.
• Contribute insight to clients regarding campaign data quality, leads, and qualitative factors.
