Job summary

3D2B Srl in Rome seeks a Spanish-speaking Business Development Representative with C2 English to drive outbound B2B outreach, qualify opportunities, and build strategic relationships with senior decision makers at large enterprises.

You will craft campaigns, manage CRM data, and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities for Fortune 500 clients, while delivering high service quality and hitting KPIs in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in tele-sales, customer service, help desk, or inside sales (B2B a plus).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets or KPIs.
Strong written and spoken English; ability to summarize conversations clearly.
Experience in technology/business application industries preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills; comfortable outbound calls.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified sales opportunities from outbound calling within assigned campaigns.
Identify and nurture potential leads to become qualified opportunities for client sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with executive and senior decision makers.
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline with prospect information.
