Job summary

3D2B Srl is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive outbound B2B calls within the assigned territory, forging relationships with senior decision makers at Fortune 500 clients in the high technology sector. You will identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain a robust CRM pipeline in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of tele-sales or inside sales experience (B2B a plus).
• Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling against KPIs.
• Identify and nurture leads to become qualified opportunities for handover.
• Develop relationships with client sales teams and maintain CRM data.
• Maintain knowledge of client business, products, objectives and competitive landscape.
• Contribute insights about campaigns, data quality, and leads.
