German Customer Support (Email & Chat) – Malta

Are you fluent in German and ready to make a real impact in the digital space? We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Malta as Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents.

In this hybrid role, you'll combine the art of helping people with the responsibility of keeping online platforms safe. If you're detail-oriented, empathetic, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Support (70%)

Assist users via email and chat —no phone calls required.

Provide helpful, friendly, and professional support in German and English.

Use the right tools to deliver accurate information and efficient solutions.

Content Moderation (30%)

Review user content across various apps and marketplaces.

Ensure all material follows guidelines and legal requirements.

Flag inappropriate content and elevate serious issues using internal systems.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in German, with good written communication skills in English.

Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.

No experience? No problem. If you're curious, motivated, and detail-focused, we’ll train you!

A positive mindset and willingness to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
