Job summary

Bachecalavoro is seeking a results-driven German Digital Sales professional to drive business growth across the EMEA market from Napoli. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers with consultative selling of Cloud solutions.

You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to expand the customer base, achieve ambitious targets, and participate in ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably IT/Cloud.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Understanding of Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business through outbound calls and emails.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and demonstrate business value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer information using Salesforce.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing product training and professional development.
