Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a German Digital Sales specialist to drive growth across the EMEA market from Barcelona. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers using consultative selling of Cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates have B2B IT or Cloud sales experience, fluent German and strong English, and a proven track record of meeting targets. The role offers full-time hours, relocation support, and a clear path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in IT/Cloud environments.
• Fluent German; strong English.
• Experience with cold calling and acquiring new customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets/KPIs.
• Understanding of Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, target-driven settings.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in Cloud tech and Google products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business via outbound calls, emails and engagement.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and articulate business value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data (Salesforce).
• Meet individual sales targets and support team goals.
• Participate in product training and professional development.
