General Description Of The Role Context

Within the GBS organization, the Process Excellence & Data Governance Team enhances process innovation and optimization to boost automation across geographies and functions, using technologies such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to support process digitization and scalability.

The Global Process Excellence & Automation Senior Specialist will drive the development and activation of effective tools and procedures to optimize and innovate processes across all Group markets and functions.

The Mission And Key Responsibilities
  • Implement streamlined, efficient processes across Campari Group Markets and Functions to optimize the Customer Life Cycle Flow, focusing on Sales & Distribution end‑to‑end order lifecycle.
  • Contribute to global strategic initiatives that design and deploy innovative tools and systems, enhancing process efficiency and unlocking data insights for smarter decision‑making.
  • Continuously improve processes to achieve harmonization and efficiencies across countries, providing recommendations and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Leverage post‑event analysis to identify corrective actions and redesign execution strategy.
  • Provide a data‑oriented assistance approach throughout the overall initiative lifecycle.
  • Design and implement BOIs to track measurable improvements from targeted process enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Lead program and project management, supporting major initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to create value for the business.
  • Build credible partnerships and drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business functions and business units.
Key Relationships
  • Internal: GBS PE&DG Team, other GBS Functions, Global/Regional Functions, all markets.
  • External: International GBS outsourcer partners located in America, Asia and Europe; other external partners and consultants.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 3–4 years working in a consulting or complex global organization.
  • Proven experience in Sales & Distribution Processes from order creation to fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) a plus.
  • Knowledge of Process Mining tools a plus.
Education / Professional Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
Skills Required
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Understanding of Sales Order processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in process analysis and automation.
  • Project management and analytical skills.

  • Willingness to travel when projects require.
