Full Stack Software Developer for Building Automation

Your Challenge

As a Full Stack Software Developer, your mission will be to build high performance and scalable platform extensions and features that adapt our current FIN Framework to the personal needs of our OEMs and customers. You will work within a local and global team of highly skilled Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers, reporting to the Professional Services Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Building platform extensions & custom features using Java and related technologies
  • Work on all levels of the web stack (HTML5/CSS, JavaScript/React/Webpack, TypeScript/Node.js)
  • Architect and implement efficient and reusable front‑end and back‑end systems that drive complex web applications
  • Build RESTful services using TypeScript
  • Provide technical guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to deliver compelling user‑facing products
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions with other developers and software architects
  • Analyze the performance of code and implement enhancements
  • Investigate issues and derive root cause and correction
  • Understand BAS terms, concepts, and usability (a plus)
  • Understand customer needs
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6
  • Knowledge in server‑side OO languages like Java or C#
  • Experience developing modular user interfaces, and familiarity with modern CSS frameworks, tools, and workflow
  • Proven understanding of the full web technology stack and previous experience on software projects that used agile methodologies
  • Experience developing and building services using TypeScript (a plus)
  • Experience with software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)
  • Education background in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
  • Passion to never‑stop growing

  • Fluency in English written and spoken
