Job summary

The Social Hub in Italy is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team, welcome guests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will coach Front Office Hosts, handle requests, manage bookings and payments, upsell experiences, and help onboard new staff in a lively, multinational environment. Fluency in English and Italian is expected, with 1–3 years in hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in front office supervision or similar hospitality role.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong people skills with leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during shifts.
• Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment.
• Welcome guests, handle requests, and turn small moments into great stays.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to keep things smooth.
• Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and other admin tasks.
• Spot chances to upsell rooms and local experiences.
• Share guest feedback and ideas to elevate service.
• Onboard new team members and create a fun, supportive vibe.
