Starhotels Excelsior Bologna is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant Bologna property.

You will coordinate departments, mentor staff, and maintain seamless communication across Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to service excellence.

Competenze

• +2 years experience as Front House Manager.
• Opera PMS knowledge.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the Front Office department to create a memorable guest experience.
• Mentor and motivate the team to reach their full potential.
• Maintain strong collaboration between Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Serve as the main guest contact, responding to inquiries and providing information and assistance.
• Stay informed about hotel services, guest needs and events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
