Job summary

art’otel in Roma is seeking a proactive Front Office professional to greet guests, manage check-ins, and coordinate reservations. You will handle inquiries with care, maintain the reception area, and support a smooth guest experience in a stylish hotel setting.

You will follow security and operational procedures, manage cash handling, and participate in trainings as directed by the Head of Department. A strong team player with hospitality flair is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality settings.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage inquiries.
• Familiarity with hotel floor plans and room management processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and direct guests at the front desk.
• Answer and screen phone calls and respond to email/reservation inquiries.
• Follow security procedures and monitor logbook; issue visitor badges.
• Keep reception area organized and adhere to rules and procedures.
• Handle cash, tabs and transfer procedures per policy.
• Ensure meet-and-greet and farewell tasks meet standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
