art’otel in Rome seeks a Front Office professional who brings authentic style and a guest-first approach. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, handle inquiries by phone or email, and coordinate with the team to deliver a memorable stay.

You will follow security and cash handling procedures, maintain a welcoming reception area, and participate in training opportunities to grow within the role. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standard guest service.
• Knowledge of front desk processes and room management.
• Familiarity with reservations channels and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Ability to handle cash and payment procedures with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of service to guests at all times.
• Greet, welcome and direct guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer, screen and forward calls and inquiries via email or reservations.
• Follow security procedures and issue visitor badges as required.
• Organise the reception area and comply with office rules and policies.
• Handle cash, tabs and transfer procedures according to company policy.
• Ensure meet-and-greet and goodbye tasks meet company standards.
• Maintain personal presentation and workspace to high cleanliness standards.
• Follow guidance from leadership team.
