Job summary

XCMG Italy is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist for Forklifts and Port Machinery to promote XCMG forklift products and expand the dealer network across the assigned area.

You will build strong dealer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth while coordinating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. Frequent travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales in forklift equipment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, willingness to travel.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell XCMG forklift products to existing and potential dealers within the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and support sales development and forecasting activities.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate with customers, and close deals.
• Track orders and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with internal departments.
• Collaborate with Forklift Product Management to align sales strategies and product positioning.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, proposing effective sales strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
