We are looking for a Firmware Engineer at our factory in Belluno, who wants their code to live beyond the screen‑driving smart, sustainable HVACR systems through embedded innovation.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of microcontroller software for technical applications. You will contribute to the full development lifecycle – from concept through to validation – ensuring the delivery of reliable, high‑performance embedded solutions.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, product excellence, and continuous improvement. You will be able to work in a hybrid working model with 2 days per week from home.
