Job summary

Viva.com in Padua, Italy is seeking a results-driven Direct Representatives Team member to promote services directly to clients, ensure activation, and provide ongoing merchant support across Europe.

You will visit clients, assist with verification, monitor portfolio performance, travel to events, and collaborate with a fast-paced fintech team. Fluent in English and Italian; 2+ years in business development preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services.
• Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages.
• Experience using CRM systems and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle objections.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services by visiting clients’ premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
