Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services.
• Understanding of financial products/services and their advantages.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining client records.
• Outstanding negotiation skills demonstrated with diverse clients.
• Strong organizational and diary management abilities.
• Resilient and able to handle objections in fast-moving settings.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Promote Viva services by visiting clients’ premises and providing in-person activation and support.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance for assigned clients.
• Provide on-site consultation and ongoing support for existing customers.
• Engage in scheduled and self-initiated activities to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure new merchants complete registration and keep accounts active.
• Support existing merchants to maintain active usage and prevent churn.
• Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond the rep’s scope.
• Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
