Job summary

Viva.com is seeking a Direct Representatives Team member to promote services directly to merchants, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support on-field. You will visit clients to onboard new merchants, verify processes, monitor portfolio performance, and provide hands-on consultation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business development within fintech, strong negotiation, and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably fintech.
• Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and diary management skills.
• Resiliency and the ability to handle objections.
• Ability to deal with a diverse client base.
• Computer literacy & tech mindset.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company services by visiting clients' premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities.
• Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration.
• Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
• Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope.
• Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events
