Job summary

Viva.com in Italy is seeking a results-driven Direct Representatives team member to promote Viva.com services directly to merchants, ensure activation, and provide ongoing on-site support.

You will travel to client sites, verify and activate accounts, monitor portfolio performance, and contribute to expanding Viva.com's presence in the European fintech market with English and Italian fluency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development in fintech or financial services.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and portfolio monitoring.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Promote Viva.com services by visiting clients' premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
