• 2+ years of business development experience in financial services.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong negotiation, organizational and diary management skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work with a diverse client base.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Promote services by visiting clients' premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Engage in system-scheduled and self-initiated activities.
• Ensure new merchants complete registration in the portfolio.
• Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
• Escalate issues by opening cases for unresolved problems.
• Present product features and benefits to clients.
