Reporting to the General Management and working closely with the Group CFO, you will be responsible for the reliability of the accounts, financial performance, and the administrative management of the company. You will supervise all accounting, financial, tax, and administrative activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency of internal processes in accordance with Italian regulations and group standards.

Financial Management & Leadership
- Supervise and lead the accounting and finance team (general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury).
- Ensure the reliability and production of financial statements in compliance with legal standards (Italian GAAP, and conversion to the Group's French GAAP) and deadlines.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, as well as the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of financial KPIs.
- Coordinate with the accounting firm and local auditors for annual statutory closing.
Accounting, Taxation & Compliance
- Supervise and control all accounting operations (general, analytical, intercompany).
- Ensure proper application of accounting and tax standards.
- Manage the preparation and monitoring of tax and social declarations specific to Italy and the company's activities (IVA, IRAP, IRES, electronic invoicing, etc.).
- Prepare files for statutory auditors, accountants, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead the implementation and compliance of electronic invoicing processes.
Treasury & Financial Flow Management
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor interbank movements.
- Optimize cash flow management, collections, and payments.
- Ensure bank reconciliation and manage fixed assets (acquisitions, disposals, depreciation).
- Support the deployment of AGICAP TMS (group treasury management software).
Process Improvement & Tools
- Implement and enhance accounting and financial procedures to strengthen reliability and overall performance.
- Actively participate in digitalization projects and the harmonization of accounting methods across the group.
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and contribute to the company's continuous compliance.
- Play a key role in strategic decision‑making and change management.
Strategic Advisory & Support
- Advise General Management on financial performance, profitability, and cost structure.
- Participate in the analysis of investment, development, or external growth projects.
- Act as a key contributor in strategic decisions and transformation initiatives.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Degree in accounting, finance, or management (Master CCA, DSCG, business school, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, including team management and full supervision of a finance department.
- Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, analytical accounting, and taxation.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools.
- Experience with an ERP system (SAP appreciated).
- Ability to work in a multi‑company and international environment.
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory challenges.
