Are you an experienced Finance Manager with a strong analytical mindset and proven leadership capabilities? Do you bring at least five years of financial management experience, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control? If so, we invite you to join our team.

In your role as Finance Manager , you will play an essential role in supporting the company’s strategy and operations of our growing organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the European cluster, our Global headquarters in Germany, and internal departments, you will deliver insightful financial analysis to optimize business performance. Your leadership will be critical in safeguarding the company’s financial integrity while driving sustainable growth and fostering the professional development of your team. You will report directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line reporting to the CFO Europe.

Your Responsibilities :

• Support and execute the company’s expansion strategy in alignment with Döhler Group’s corporate objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and adherence to local (and Global) accounting standards.
• Manage and monitor operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case evaluations.
• Lead, coach, and manage the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Drive the successful implementation and adoption of SAP modules and other financial digital tools.
• Enhance business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities to improve financial and operational decision-making.
• Proactively manage cash flow planning, expenditure control, and treasury operations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.

What do you bring with you :

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in financial management roles.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis.
• Advance proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in Italian and English are required.
