It supports projects addressing hunger, poverty, and injustice in over 30 countries across four continents. The organization provides emergency relief for victims of natural disasters and armed conflicts and engages in promoting social welfare and advocacy in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In Switzerland, HEKS/EPER actively supports the integration and rights of refugees and marginalized communities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kharkiv for a Field Security Specialist. The responsibilities include ensuring the security and safety of staff and operations, assessing risks, and implementing appropriate security measures. The Field Security Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring security conditions, providing training to team members, and advising on risk mitigation strategies to maintain a secure work environment. Close collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders is an integral part of this role.
