Job summary
Viva.com is looking for a hands-on Direct Representatives team member to promote our fintech services directly at client sites, ensuring smooth activation and ongoing support for merchants. You will visit clients, assist with verification, monitor portfolio performance, provide in-person consultations, and travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
Fluent in English and Italian, you will excel in a fast-paced environment, handle objections, and drive adoption across a diverse merchant
Qualifications
- 2+ years in business development in fast-paced environment (finance preferred).
- Understanding of financial products and features.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
- Resilient, able to handle objections and work with diverse clients.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Responsibilities
- Promote services by visiting clients in situ.
- Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and report results.
- Provide in-person support and consult with merchants.
- Travel to meet clients and attend events.
- Open cases for issues beyond resolution scope.
- Present product features and benefits to clients.
